The Manhattan project has revealed the deadliest weapon ever to be on this Earth. The atom bomb. We found it appropriate to test it on Hiroshima, Japan, today mostly because of the Pearl Harbour incident. The bomb "Little Boy" was dropped by the Enola Gay aircraft. There was an immense explosion. The Manhattan project has certainly paid off, they're sure to surrender now. I dropped this bomb as an attempt to stop World War 2. If they do not accept our terms, they may expect a rain of ruin from the air the likes of which have never been seen on this earth.

The Japanese government still hasn't responded so we dropped "Fat Man" on Nagasaki. I find that this was necessary to stop World War 2. We will continue to bomb them until they surrender. People find that these 2 bombs has been an unnecessary amount of violence. However, I think that these rash actions have been needed to save the lives of many Americans.

Japan has finally surrendered. Good thing too, I wouldn't really want to drop another bomb on them. "Little Boy" and "Fat Man" have caused an unimaginable amount of death and destruction and they didn't stand a chance. Our war with Japan is finally at an end. I knew what I was doing when I stopped the war... I have no regrets, and under the same circumstances I would do it again.

Hello, my name is John F. Kennedy. I think that without the dropping of "Little Boy" and "Fat Man", World War II could have possibly ended in a different way. I also know that before your presidency, you had no idea that you were going to drop the first two atomic bombs to end a war. There must have been a lot that affected you afterward. -Drew S.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah, and I found this information at www.whitehouse.gov
ReplyDeleteHello Harry S. Truman, my name is James Madison. I also experienced enemy fire, except during the War of 1812. The British were able to get to the White House and burn it down. After I had declared war, I realized that we weren't ready at all. Our troops weren't prepared and Congress was dissapointed. Man, that was a mistake! But we came out feeling stronger with a better economy than we ever did.
