My Presidency

I succeeded to president after President Franklin D. Roosevelt died in office. President Roosevelt was barely in office for three months (on his forth term) before his death, giving me almost a full term in office. I faced many challenges coming into office. After the end of World War One our economy was changing fast and many domestic disputes threatened the peace of our country.-Alice
